Steps
- Load GTA Online and open Rockstar Creator from the Pause Menu.
- Create a Capture and choose the Content section.
- Open Capture Details, then Ambient Settings, and set Weather to Snow.
- Open Pause, choose Online, and exit to the main menu. On legacy versions, use Game then New Game if the main-menu route is unavailable.
- Confirm snow appears in Story Mode.
- Join an Online session.
Only the local player sees this snow state. It is primarily visual and does not consistently provide snowball pickup or normal snow traction. Restarting the game or console clears the effect.
