When do my benefits start?

Your badge and Premium forum access activate once PayPal confirms your payment. This can take a few minutes. You can check your payment status on this page.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Cancel renewal on this page or in PayPal at any time. Your Premium benefits stay active until your paid period ends.

What if a payment fails or is refunded?

A failed payment does not extend your membership. A refunded or reversed payment removes the corresponding period of Premium access.
