Things to note before doing this

• You don’t even need to have an agency to do this
• Have matchmaking set to open
• If you have an already active Dre contract in your agency, don’t do this glitch on that character, switch to your other character to do it (you might lose your active contract if you don’t go to the other character)
• I recommend doing this in an invite only session

Steps:

1. Register as a CEO
2. Go to “quick join” on your phone, then contact missions, contact mission, alone and confirm it, it will look for a job
3. When it finds a job with 2/4 or 3/4 in the bottom right corner of your screen, go back to quick join again, contact missions, contact mission, alone and confirm it again
4. As soon as you do step 3, quickly go to your pause menu. Now go to jobs, play job, Rockstar created, missions and go to a mission that’s not popular, just find one you don’t think many people play
5. Wait for about 5-10 seconds and start up the mission
6. It should load you into a mission lobby with other players (if it gives you an alert message that says it can’t find a lobby, just select “search for job”)
7. You’re looking for the mission called “Don’t F*** With Dre” (if you don’t get that mission and you get a different one, back out and try again from the start)
8. If you got the correct mission, just wait for the host to start it. When in the mission, if you check your interaction menu it should say “Securoserve CEO” at the top.
9. Complete the mission and you should get the full host pay

It will probably take quite few tries to find the correct mission at step 7 but I’ve done it after about 6-7 tries from my own testing
