Game generation: Any supported generation
TUTORIAL
Load up frozen money save as normal
After loading online and returning to story mode as impotent rage.
Find a peyote plant and eat it.
End hallucination by holding right D-pad
Press options
Spectate Friend (In closed Friend session not in a job)
While spectating said friend Join on anawack and accept alerts
You will now be Default male although your online character is a female.
Go to clothing store and purchase Boxers(components for joggers) And save outfits using transfer components
Get orange saving circle then close app
Clear cache and return online.
You now have joggers or whatever outfit you decided to make.
NoTe: Every component bought is the same as a transfer component for M to F.
