Steps
- Load into a session and walk outside your property.
- Equip the weapon whose ammo you want to preserve.
- Fire one shot.
- Immediately drop the weapon after firing.
- Pick the weapon back up.
- Check the ammunition count; it should return to the amount held before the shot.
The timing between firing and dropping the weapon is the important part. Practice the input until the drop occurs immediately after the shot.
