For this, I would highly recommend using a Phantom Wedge, but a fire truck will also work. You will need to go to the subway station entrance (the one with a big, windowed roof) by LSIA.
- Have somebody sit on the back of the Phantom Wedge (or hang on the back if you're using a fire truck)
- Drive into the entrance of the subway station (you don't have to go super fast to get good results)
- The vehicle will glitch out and chuck everyone off the back at high speeds
You could also try this solo if you wanted, but you have to time it so you bail at the right time.
BONUS EXTRA MINI GLITCH:
I also just discovered that you can trip on the coolers on the roof of the new Car Meet garage from the Tuners update. I'm not sure exactly how to trigger it yet, but I've gotten it to happen a few times. The resulting launch is pretty small, but I think it's funny.
