Requirements:

The 900K Sentinel XS Dropped in the Session ( Only 1 is required, Tutorial on how to drop 900K Sentinels: https://www.reddit.com/r/gtaglitches/s/d1EPJtarQo )
A Custom License Plate in LSC

Steps:

Take the Sentinel XS to a LSC, Apply a custom plate + a tracker
Now leave LSC exit the car, youll be able to see that you have a personal vehicle blip on the map
now return the personal vehicle to storage, Take the Sentinel XS which you applied the custom plate on to LSC
Apply a Tracker to the Vehicle, Leave LSC and exit the vehicle, Return your personal Vehicle to storage
Now rinse and repeat from step 3.
