Sodium is an open-source rendering optimization mod for Minecraft: Java Edition. It improves frame rate and frame-time consistency while correcting a range of rendering issues.
Installation:
- Choose a version matching both the Minecraft release and the required mod loader.
- Download only from the official Modrinth project.
- Place the downloaded mod file in the instance's mods folder, then launch through the selected loader.
