Uncapped Cutscenes and Menu FPS
Created by yuhgirlbrittney for The Blood of Dawnwalker, this mod eliminates the game's default 30 FPS hard cap during menus and cinematic cutscenes while offering visual tweaks.
Key Features
Framerate Unlock: Removes the forced 30 FPS rendering cap in cutscenes and menus. Allows fully uncapped framerates (CutsceneFPS=0) or custom caps set via INI configuration.
Cinematic Animation Fix (v1.5): Works via UE4SS to smooth separate 30 FPS facial and character animation clocks up to 60 FPS across consecutive cutscenes (experimental).
Optional Vignette & Grain Removal: Allows disabling the built-in vignette and film grain overlay directly in the INI file.
Upscaler Compatible: Fully compatible with DLSS, FSR, and Frame Generation setups. Does not alter core gameplay speed or physics.
Version Breakdown
v1.2 (dwmapi.dll): Standalone rendered FPS unlock and vignette removal. No UE4SS dependency.
v1.3 (version.dll): Standalone alternative to v1.2 for setups where dwmapi.dll is reserved by other tools.
v1.5 (version.dll + UE4SS): Requires UE4SS for Dawnwalker by Vercadi. Includes the full rendered FPS unlock alongside the dedicated 60 FPS cinematic animation rate fix.

Files are dropped into Dawnwalker\Binaries\Win64 beside Dawnwalker.exe.
Settings are configured through DawnwalkerCutsceneFPS.ini (e.g., EnableFPSFix, CutsceneFPS, SmoothCutsceneAnimations, RemoveVignette).
