A single, organized reference for every cheat and secret currently documented for Dota 2.
Save your game before using cheats. Some codes may disable achievements or trophies for the current session.
Dota 2 custom-lobby cheat commands
Enable lobby cheats
Create a custom lobby and turn on Enable Cheats before starting. These commands do not work in public matchmaking.
Useful chat commands
- -lvlup <levels> — add hero levels
- -gold <amount> — add or remove reliable gold
- -item <item_name> — give an item
- -refresh — restore health, mana, and ability cooldowns
- -respawn — respawn your hero
- -startgame — skip the pre-game timer
- -levelbots <levels> — add levels to bots
- -givebots <item_name> — give an item to bots
Use internal item names, such as item_blink, with commands that request an item name.
