Netflix still works on the Xbox 360, both on retail and RGH/JTAG Consoles. HD video and Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 is supported. Additionally, "Ad Supported" plans are also available on the Xbox 360.
As of the last update, an Xbox Live account is no longer required to access Netflix; only an active internet connection is needed. If you are using Xbox Live, a stealth server is highly recommended on an RGH/JTAG/Bad Update console.
